  1. Summary of Forum Rules
    1. Act in an adult manner and be polite and courteous.

    2. Utilize common sense
      • Technicians: Nobody was born with a laptop or the knowledge that we possess. We all started out at the same place just like everyone else. There is no reason for rude or obnoxious remarks because someone does not understand something even if frustration starts to settle in.

      • End users: When requesting help please realize that a question may not be answered immediately as people also have to work, take care of families, etc.. We will attempt to answer any and all questions as best as we can with the descriptions that are provided.
        • Bad Title and Description: Title: HELP!!! Description: "My computer is broken, what do I do?" is not an acceptable description or title and chances are really good that question will not receive an answer, the title may be changed or the post may be removed.

        • Good Title and Description: Title: Computer will not boot into Windows. Description: "My computer will not go all the way into Windows and has a blue screen that comes up. The screen says IRQ_NOT_EQUAL_TO_OR_LESS at the top of it. What are the possible causes of that?" is a great way to start a post.
    3. Breaking the laws of the United States of America will result in warnings or IP ban and possible removal of all offending posts.
    4. The forum intentions are solely to help people and not advertise products or services. Offending users will be warned and posts removed.
