Spectacular Computer Repair (SCR) "In Shop Repair Services"

Call us first and let our experienced sales and management team arrange a professional computer evaluation for you at our store. Our Spectacular Computer Repair certified technicians will evaluate the issues you are experiencing with your computer and give you a clear understanding of what is involved and the most cost effective route to follow in repairing any problems found. Our sales or technical team will explain what issues have been found and what needs to be done in non technical terms, wherever possible, to rectify these issues.

Once we have completed your full computer evaluation we will present you with the servicing or repair options best suited to your requirements. These include:

1. Next available service.
   This service option guarantees your computer work will be completed within 5 business days of your authorization to proceed. As standard practice SCR will always endeavor to complete your work as soon as practically possible within this time frame.



2. Same Day Service.
   Prior to 3pm Monday thru Thursday. choose Same Day Service and Spectacular Computer Repair will not leave the repair shop before your computer is completed and ready for pickup. When you can't afford downtime, SAME DAY SERVICE puts you in control when you need it most.

What to consider when choosing your service option:

Once you authorize SCR to repair or service your computer by agreeing and signing our work order agreement, we apply the time frames indicated below:

• Next available service:
  Your computer will be guaranteed ready for collection within 5 business days following the day it was is approved for Spectacular Computer Repair.



• Same day service:
  You will need to specifically request same day service to receive this option. Your computer will be serviced and ready for collection the same day you leave it with us for servicing, provided we receive the machine before 3 pm on that day. Any drop offs received after 3 pm will be ready for collection the following business day.

Our standard business hours are:

Monday to Thursday - 11AM to 7PM

Friday to Saturday - 11AM to 3PM

Important Notes:

1. The times listed above are dependent on availability of parts for your computer or hardware being available. Lead times begin on receipt of parts by SCR. SCR does not have control of manufacturer build times nor shipping lead times and these will be quoted as they are received by us.



2. When you request same day service and authorize SCR to proceed you also authorize SCR to purchase all hardware and parts needed to complete the services you have requested without further notification or authorization.

All services and/or repairs are subject to our standard terms and conditions, a copy of which will be provided to you upon signing of a work order agreement authorizing SCR to carry out servicing or repair of your computer.
