Doodly claims that you should use the Facebook and Instagram option which will set your videos to 1000 x 1000 but I’ve never had an issue with a 16:9 or 1920x1080 resolution on Facebook. I will typically upload my items to YouTube to bypass all of the Facebook restrictions and blocking algorithms. I upload it as a 1920x1080 and then share a link in Facebook.

If you are working on a video to be shared on Instagram, you need to create your video considering 1920x1080 resolution (16:9), so your video will fit in the feed and IGTV.
