In order to accomplish this, you need an overlay software such as Voomly.

I don’t personally use this type of software but as I understand it, they host your video and then provide an overlay where people can interact with your video such as click on links or objects within the video.

Alternatively, YouTube allows for tabbed links throughout the video and up to 2 links in the end of scene card.

Alternatively using a QR code from within your doodle and leaving enough time for someone to scan it with their phone or tablet may be an option. Even making the QR code as a watermark would work quite well to leave a link as a work-a-round. There is a question about making watermarks in these questions and answers.
